GREEN HORSE CLINIC      *Limited spaces*

When: Sun 8th September   
     and Sun 29th September

Time: 9:30am-4pm
Cost: $100 full day (3 sessions)
             or $40 per "session"

This is a clinic to help and support those people with young/inexperienced horses. 

The clinic will be split into three sessions that offer a variety of mounted and unmounted activities to enable both riders and horses to create more positive partnerships and for your young/green horses/ponies to gain more experience and exposure in a well managed and supportive environment.

Session One 9:30-11:30am.  **5 available spaces**
This session will be ONLY unmounted and we'll be focusing on the horses working softly in a variety of situations and 'business'. We will introduce them to equipment such as sacks/loud speakers, groups all moving around them, tarps, hoofballs, boxes and bridges etc

Session Two 12-2pm   **5 available spaces**
This session is either mounted or unmounted. Horses will be worked with their saddles on and we will be looking at gaining coping strategies for when the arena is busy. We introduce horses to being circled around by other horses and it can be a great way to teach your horse to cope when in warm-up environments. 

Session Three 2:30-4pm   **8 available spaces**
Session three is a troop riding activity. Moving the horses at both walk and trot and exposing them to horses passing them from the sides, behind and from in front. A super fun way of getting them to relax in a busy atmosphere.

Morning/afternoon teas and lunch are provided for all participants.
